I know this seems to be an easy answer but I have searched
through the entire Micorosoft knowledge base on how to
connect ME to Windows 98 using TCP/IP and file sharing and
print sharing. I even thought it was logon error. But to
no avail.

I cannot seem to get ME to show up on my wireless network
but can get ME to access the Internet? I can get two
Windows 98 machines to work together but cannot get ME to
see either machines. Yes, they all belong to the same
work group and yes they are on the same subnet? I am
totally stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in Advance,
Gerry

You've probably already checked this, but just in case, make sure that
File and Printer Sharing is enabled on ME.

A firewall program could be preventing ME from appearing on the
network. Un-install all firewall programs while troubleshooting.
Don't just disable them. Un-install them.

In Control Panel | Network, click "TCP/IP->NIC" | Properties |
Bindings and make sure that all of the boxes are enabled.

Remove all protocols other than TCP/IP from all computers. Using more
than one protocol can make a Windows network unreliable.
