networking windows 98 and windows xp

Does anyone know of any conflicts with windows 98 being
the host operating systems and sharing the internet with a
cumputer that has windows xp?
The computer (laptop) with xp has a wireless remote.

Win98 does not have Internet Connection Sharing (ICS). Needs to be Win98SE
or use a third party tool.

Better yet get a cheap NAT router.
