Networking windows 2000 & windows Me

I have two com cpters networked using a linksys router.
The problem Im having is that if any one other than
administrator is logged on to the windows 2k computer the
windows me machine can not access the internet. if i log
on to the windows 2k machine as administrator every thing
works fine cna any one offer any help
