Here is a question for those of you who are PC and Mac
savy. I just bought a MN500 base to which i have
successfully already connected two pc's. They are on the
network and see each other as well as printer etc. I am
also trying to network the PowerMac 8600/200 (yes its an
old one!) running OS 9 (which I cannot upgrade to
10/panther because the hardware is too old). Its hooked
up to the base and I can access the internet via the
PowerMac. However, when I check the the status of on the
MS Network utility, my laptop can see it (and its IP
addrss) on the network device list but I cannot access
the files on it etc. I am assuming that it is poossible
to network a mac and pc. I dont know what i need to do
in the Mac to allow it to be seen by the PC's. Can
someone help me with this issue.

Thanks

Lopes
