are you using DHCP or manually inputting the TCP/IP info?
It sounds like you are not reaching a DNS server.
If you are putting the TCP/IP infor in your self you need
to put in an address for at least one DNS server. If you
are using DHCP and getting the info from your ISP then
check with them about the DNS server.
