The instructions worked. I had some trouble with the Norton Internet
Secuirty, but I figured out how to add the IP addresses of the two computers
to the "trusted" section of the firewall. I was able to share the c: drives
of the two computers with each other, and map a drive letter to the other
computer, on each computer.
One oustanding problem:
how can I have full access to certain folders (such as Documents and
Settings, or Program Files or Windows) on the other computer?
