Can anyone point me to any tutorials about networking Macs ( Emac G4 os x)
with Windows based Pcs ( Windows Home edition / XP Pro)

It's no different than networking any other ethernet TCP/IP machines, is
it?

I assume that the OP wants to be able to share resources and files between
the two.

.... except if you don't know your way around the Mac OS of course.

Driving cars is the same methodology, but what happens when you go from
one you've driven for years, to one that's totally new to you?

You either shove your clutch foot thru the floor, or your passenger
'greet' the windscreen with their nose after you apply the brakes!
