I have removed a trojan with AVG (dialer.17.M & dialer.17.h)which has
disabled all of my networking. It will not allow network setup wizard to run
and nothing I seem to do is allowing me to bring it back. Any uggestions
greatly appreciated.

If you are using Windows XP use a restore point prior to the infection and
the subsequent setting changes. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306084.
