Networking Error

Just installed ME as rollback from XP. I'm greeted by the following "Blue
Screen"

An Exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C006115D in module VNetbios.vxd (01) +
00000B8D. This was Called from 0028:C023F58B in VMM.VXD + 0000058B

What' Causing this one, and how can I remedy this?
