I would like to know how to determine which of the network
components listed under "The following network components
are installed:", are actually being used by my system. I
would like to remove the ones which are not being used.
Any advice?

To enable us to suggest which ones can be removed,
you should first list the ones that are installed on your
machine.

Only you can answer that question. For example, were you to provide us a
list of your current network components and uses for your system, and were
IPX/SPX on the list, we might answer that you don't need it - which would be
true for simple networking, but many multiplayer games need it, as do almost
all Novell networking implementations.
