Network within a Network

Hi all,

I need help... I need to know the basics of building a new Network and
having that network be able to see computers in a different domain yet that
other domain can not see the new network. Pretty much 2 domains, 2 different
network yet one network could see the other but the other cannot see it
back. Any tips??????
