Network Windows ME and Windows 2000

I have a Wireless Network with Linksys G. I have my computer hardwired to
the router on my Windows ME computer. I have a wireless card in my other
computer running Windows 2000. The Windows 2000 computer recognizes the
router and can access the internet.

However, I have run the Home Network Wizard on my ME machine but the 2000
machine can't see the ME machine so I can't share files. Does anyone know if
it is possible to have a home network between Windows ME and Windows 2000.
What am I doing wrong?
