Network Utilization in Task Manager

The networking tab in Task Manager (XP Pro) it shows network utilization as
a percentage of my 100 Mbps connection. Is there a way to see this view for
other systems? Kind of like in Computer Management you can select "Connect
to another computer..."

Or is there a 3rd party utility that will give me the percentage network
utilization of a list of computers?
