Hi,
I have a Dell laptop (Windows Prof) and a Compaq Presario
(Windows 98). The Compaq has a DVD burner. What I want
to do is run VCR vido capture to the Dell hardrive. Then
I would run a network cable between the two computer
network cards. What I want to do is use the video capture
software to burn from the Dell hardrive to the Compaq DVD
burner.
How do I set up the Dell (Windows Prof) to see and be able
to use the Compaq DVD burner.
Thanks

Copy the files that you want to burn to the Compaq's hard disk, then
burn the DVD from there.

A network connection can't supply data fast enough to burn a DVD
directly from the Dell.
