Network User's List Access Problem

I have attached my Windows 98 system to a MS Home Network
and cannot access the list of users to give permission
for sharing folders from this system to the network. The
message is "User List Not Available at this time, try
again later." A valid connection to the base computer is
in place. Can anyone help?

You cannot use user-level access without being connected to an NT or 2000
domain. Use Share-Level access instead.
