Network User/Password

Hello,

I have this annoying problem since I tried to configure ICS on my computer:

Each time I start win98SE, a window popups before any other, asking me to
enter a user and password to access microsoft network.
I just have to click cancel and the boot gos on.

I am sure that I never had that before installing ICS (which I finally
removed, but still have this window).
I assume ICS added some protocols or bindings in the network properties, but
don't know which one.

Does anyone knows how I can fix that ?
