network traffic tool and switch

Hi,

I am looking for two things:

1. A software tool which monitors the network traffic on a single
interface and maybe even on different cards where it displays the
traffic usage by client ip-addresses.

2. Any kind of switch or anything, where I got a webinterface or an api
to get the traffic on each port of the switch.
