Network support tuner

I am running windows ME and get the following message at
startup "The support tuner has encountered a network
error" check the state of the network and try again. I
cannot connect to the internet but all other computers on
the network can connect. Any suggestions on where this
errror comes from and how to correct. My computer had been
connected to the net for months but upon reinstalling ME I
now have this problem. Thanks DAS
