Network resource? One one server or do you have multiple servers? If so, is
it happening on all your servers?
What is running on the server(s) at that time?
Any errors in the event logs on the server(s) or workstations?
I assume it's not a switch issue, since you say internet access works. If
this is the case, it makes me wonder what DNS addresses are on the clients?
Your DC's or your ISP's?
Can you post an *unedited* ipconfig /all of one of your servers and of one
of your workstations please? This will give us a configuration snapshot of
your infrastructure and a starting point to diagnose this.
