I want to make my internal machine go out to external net. The
protocal http, ftp, bt, etc would be accessed. and the server machine
is not in the same subnet of client, so router probably is not
applicapable. How to make up my network?

No idea what you are talking about. You have not given enough information.
How is your machine connected to the external net? telephone modem, adsl,
ethernet wire, .....
What server machine?

For sure. It reads like a muddle of buzzwords that indicate the OP has
no clue what he's talking about. At the very least, he's inarticulate
in his description of what he wants.

Hence, the advice needs to be to hire somebody with a clue to set it up.

That said, I suspect what he wants is a VPN to hook his "internal
machine" to his "server machine ... not in the same subnet." He might
stand a chance of doing it on his own if he did some research on those.

your understanding meet my needs well.VPN is a good method, i
think. but it seems that VPN server need a external net ip for every
internal net machine. That is unreachable.

No, a VPN needs a single external address where the VPN terminates. Any
traffic through the VPN can then reach other computers, using the local
address. I do that here, with all the computers behind the firewall on an
RFC1914 address. Works fine.

No, I don't believe that is necessary. You can use something like a
proxy to manage the link.

No proxy necessary. Just terminate the VPN on the firewall or use port
forwarding to send it to a compter behind the firewall.
