Hello,

I'm trying to design a simple network that enables user to connect thru the
internet.

Case

1. Having to two separate ISP
a. VSAT - uses proxy settings. Must set this settings on the browser on
each user to enable access the web. 128kbps uplink/ 160kbps downlink. It's
modem driver only runs on win2000 (XP-ok, Win2003 ok ???) machine.

b. LAN/DSL Type - uses Linksys Cable/DSL Router (BEFSR41) from the
provider that isolates his (isp) network. No proxy settings required.

Objective: To be able to have a workable and best possible option to utilize
two ISP on the network. It's either using both connection simulteneously or
be able to switch from one connection to another in case of failure. Total
clients max will be 20. Also, if possible be able to create to network two
networks within (a) guest - browse n send email; (b) client server apps,
only certain users will be permitted to be online.

Any possible options will do.

Regards,

John
