I have to 2 PCs running on XP home edition connected to Linsys wired router
and shared modem for internet acess.I have setup network connecting the 2 PCs
I wanted to connected a notebook running W98 fro file sharing .How to do it?
All 3 can already acess internet

If they are all connected to the Linksys router then they should all be
connected. Just make sure they are all using the same workgroup name.

I'm assuming they are all using the router as DHCP server and getting the IP
address from the router.

Jeffery,
In addition to what Jon has said, on the W98 machine:
1. Click on My Network Neighborhood, and Select sharing of folders and printers, if you want to share a printer attached to the W98 machine.
2. Click My Computer> Right click the Drives that you want to share over the network. If you decide to just share a specific folder over the network> Right click the folder and Select to Share it.
