Hello

When server boot the network starts very late, I ping server from another
machine and found that the network is unavailable in stage preparing to
start windows, applying network setting, appalling computer setting. The
servers starts network after the system stops on Welcome Screen, before
Welcome Screen no network connectivity is available,

I check Network Driver is fine, I add new NIC but have same problem no
network on boot stage.

Its take vary long time to boot server if is no network connectivity on boot
stage

On another server I check and network start on immediately after system boot
in to graphical interfaces.

System is

HP DL380G3

Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise

Thanks!

Souds pretty normal to me.

It's still booting up, and once it's done, it starts the network
communications.

Have you looked to see what processes are booting up.

For instance, do you have MSSQL on your machine? Do you use it? Does it
need to startup? Have you also looked at msconfig and turned off everything
you really don't need on startup?

That may help you boot and get up faster.
