Network server monitor software

Hi

Does anyone know a good network monitoring software to check for server and
network downtime and send reports? I know you'll say use MOM but I would
like some 3rd party software like GFI Network Server Monitor which is great,
but it misses a critical functionality for us that is the usage of
GSM/mobile devices to send alerts via USB connected mobile device . It is
limited to COM connection only, but we need to have USB connection. Any
ideas?
