Network Property is not openning

Dear All,

My Network Places, property in my Windows 2003 Server is not openning. Even
the backup program and Search programs are also not opening. To open the
Control Pannel, it takes a very long time

Can any help me the find the correct answer.

Do you use APC UPS? If so check the version of the software that you are
using. If it is Ver. 6.x then it has expired. Disable the service and
reboot. Uninstall it. Download and install Ver. 7.
