Network Problem

I am having a problem getting my network functioning. It
consists of two systems running ME, a Netgear 4 port
router, linksys and Kingston network cards. The network
was working fine until I had to reinstall Windows on one
system. I have TCPIP and Netbuei installed. I can see both
machines in network neighborhood and they can ping each
other. The problem I am having is that the machine that
had Windows reinstalled is unable to access the internet.
When I check network properties, I have TCPIP, Netbuei
and Client for Windows installed but they are not bound to
the network adapter. I have been unable to resolve this. I
have reinstalled the network card and TCPIP to no avail.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

When you check the network adapter properties box, are the protocols listed
on the bindings tab? If the protocols aren't bound to the adapter, you
should see a couple of unchecked boxes in the list; just check them, click
the apply and ok buttons, and the system should reboot with the protocols
now bound to the adapter.

look in the main Network screen, I can see the network

and not pointing to my adapter card.
i.e.
