Network Printing Setup

I want to install a network printer on a workstation using my username so
that when I logoff and the user logs on using their username, he/she will
automatically have the printer ready to go. Is this possible, or do I have
to log in as them and install the printer for them to see it? We have
several users (students) who might log on to any given computer at a time.
So far all we can seem to be able to do is log on as that user first and
install the printer. Is there a better way?

To define the printers that are available to a client computer regardless of
who is logged in at that computer.
