Network Printing Problem

Running W2K Server. I have about 90 users. New XP Pro machines show all
printers that are "shared" on the network but three large copiers/printers
with fixed IP addresses do not show in the printers folder when a user logs
on to that machine through the domain. If the user browses to the server
and clicks on the printer and installs it, then it is there on that machine
and stays there under his login, but not the next person who logs in for the
first time.

How can I make the network printers available to ALL users on the domain, no
matter from where they log in at?
