Network Printers Spooling

I just migrated 75 printers from a Windows 2000 Server to
a new Windows 2003 Server. We are having problems with
the spooler service. It seems like it randomly decides to
quit printing. I am constantly stopping/restarting the
Print Spooler to get printing back online. All HotFixes
are applied. I have gone through the Event Viewer and
can't find anything out of the ordinary. Does anyone have
any ideas on how to resolve this? It affects ALL printers
on the server once it decides to just spool jobs.

Thanks

I am having the same problem. There is supposedly a hotfix for this that hasn't been released yet so if someone here has contacted Microsoft and received the hotfix could you post the QID # for it. I'm trying to avoid having my credit card billed for the support call. Customer Support said that you don't need to give CC information if you have that number.

Thanks
Mark
