Network printer problem

Hi all... I have several 98se computers connected to an xp computer through
a network. I can exchange files etc. with no problem. I cannot however get
the printer to work. It is setup as a shared printer and it shows up on the
98se computers but when I try to print it says "unable to communicate with
the printer". I've tried installing and re-installing drivers and the
printer with no success. Am I missing something simple here? Any suggestion
would be appreciated.

Did you use the option in the Printer Sharing dialog to install Windows 98
drivers on the Windows XP host computer, and are you using those files
instead of manually-installed driver files?
