Help, I'm not sure what I have done wrong but I cannot access the general
network by clicking on My Netwok Places on any machine other than the server
running AD.

I can access any area of the network if I type in the specific direction e.g
\\server\folder. My priilages are set to full administrator but if I double
click on My Network Places I am told I do not have sufficient privilages!

Sounds like a group policy enforced on the workstations. Run rsop.msc on
any problem machine and examine the results.

Thanks for that suggestion. I have check rsop.msc on two of the machines I
cannot access and there is nothing to indicate that there is any setting
stopping My Metwork Places. I have also checked the setting in group policy
and is not defined.
