In the meantime I've lost, and can't re-establish, my laptop internet
connection. Only happened since I last tried to sort the sharing problem.
I'll get back on this....but I may be a while !

| Check this out. Regardless of you not using the Windows firewall, it is
| likely that it may come on when you don't expect it to do so and doing as
| this says plus adding port 137 was the answer for me.
