Network Password Problems

I've linked up a Mac G5 (OS X 10.3.3) to a PC laptop running on Windows 98.
However - even though I can see the G5 listed on the network
neighbourhood - I can't access it because the network password is not
accepted. What is the network password, and where do I find it?
