network passport pops up and has to be deleted each time I enter w

every time i boot up the computer the microsoft network passport thing comes
up with my (E-Mail Removed) and asking for the pass word. how can I keep it
from loading? it's very annoying because it just sits there until i cancel
it out. thanks for any help. i'm using windows 98 on that machine.
