Network not working, EVEN AFTER REINSTALLATION

Our network isn't working at all, the base station works
fine, and is sending it's normal signal, and for some
reason, it's just not reaching the connector. We've tried
all the Troubleshooting ideas in the Help files, but none
of them help. Please help, we're completely lost, this
has never happened before.
