I create a new network environment based on Win2k3, and all works fine,
except the view of computers on "my network places" (WinXP and Win9x). I can
access with no problem any machine in the subnet, using the UNC (ie.:
\\machine\drive). But the machines do not found in the "my network places".
I have a WINs server running and all machines has it defined as WIN Server
by DHCP. What's the problem here?

Are all computers in the same workgroup / domain?

Check if your NetBIOS is enabled under TCP/IP advanced
settings-> WINS-> Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP.

Sure! All machines was member of a workgroup and will be now member of the
domain.

Thanks, Alex! It's really my problem.

However, why the default option in internal tcp/ip conection on server don't
work? In my network, I have a DHCP server thas enable WINS Server on
clients. I undertand that this situation should enable WINS Server to give a
list of machines in network.

WINS doesn't give you this list. The browser service does. WINS only gets
involved if you need to browse a segmented network. WINS then helps the
browser service find browsers across routers to build a network-wide browse
list.

On a single sement it is all done by LAN broadcasts using Netbios names.
