Network Neighborhood won't open

I can browse the internet, send/receive email through
outlook, other pc's can view me on the network, but when
my Network Neighborhood opens up I don't see any other
pc's, and on the bottom of the screen it usually would
list 0 folders, with the size etc..., but that area is
blank. It looks as if the Network Neighborhood isn't
completely open. Any ideas?
