We have 3 domains one parent and 2 child domains. When I goto Network
neighborhood and the entire network and the Micrsoft Windows Networks. I see
a ton of different domains or workgroups. Can anyone tel me where these
additional domains may be coming from and how I can prevent them from being
displayed. Are these home networks of VPN users? and if so one again how can
I prevent them from showing up. When I enter this area I wish to only see
our corporate networks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know. We can't see them and don't know anything about your network,
only you can, and only you could know what they could be by looking at the
name. But most of the time they are "workgroup" names comming from machines
that are not domain members,...every machine that is not a domain member
will always have a workgroup name (there is no way that it can't) and these
end up entered into the Browse Lists that Network Places draws its "content"
from. There is no way you could have "mystery domains" in the list since
that would require creating a Domain Controller for the particular Domain,
which isn't likely to happen by mistake.

Network Places is not a "live" display,...it displays what is stored in a
list, which is only updated periodically.

It is unlikely that you will be seeing home LANs through VPN
connections. Browsing across WANs is tricky and doesn't usually just happen
by default! I suppose it is possible if you are running WINS and the VPN
users are registering with WINS.

Ah!, yes,...I hadn't thought of that angle. The user connects from their
home machine via VPN and the workgroup name of the home machine (which could
be, God knows, anything) registers in WINS and then ends up in the Browse
List.
