network name is no longer available

Hi:

New built Windows 2003 Standard DC with DNS on a Windows 2003 network.
Single onboard NIC.
Server name and IP address is old ones.
Previous DC was removed gracefully.
Previous DC machine account was removed before installing new DC

Problem showed up as was unable to host user roaming profiles.

Share becoming unavailable.
Whenever trying to copy large files FROM the server share error

Cannot copy filename: The specified network name is no longer available.

After reboot, can copy one small file FROM the server share
Can copy TO and delete files in the server share

Share rights checked, Everyone Full Control, all domain users full control.

From client ran net view

Only difference is that with server name it is showing mapped drive P.
