Is there any microsoft network monitor forum ? How can i know there are
worms on my network congested my network via network monitor. Thanks

That IMHO antivirus question not network monitor, which only sniff the raw
data of the packet

Not itself, because by definition it only log the traffic. Maybe exist
applications using that data for such. You can take winpcap and build such
e.g. , check http://www.winpcap.org/

But can network monitor display like graph shows that network bandwidth ? i
just want to monitor traffic. Can winpcap stop unwanted broadcast traffic ?

Download WireShark. You can plot bandwidth usage with that.

Check apps from the site, IMHO once such gui app was there ( open source ) .
OTOH you can build such by yourself
