Network Monitor - CPU 100%

I have problem with network monitor.
After starting capture, processor load raises to 100%, about 50% is kernel
load (red color in task manager).
When I click on "stop capture" button, CPU load falls down.
I have tried complete uninstall, uncheck all network components in network
card, reboot and check all network components again
(TCP/IP, Client for MS networks, File and Printer sharing, Network Monitor
Driver).
It does not help.

The same result is with Network Monitor wchich is part of server 2003
installation and Network Monitor from SMS.
It is on Win 2003 server + SP1, updated.
What can be reason ?
What do you recommend to solve this problem ?

You might try using Wireshark instead:
