Network Management SW

Hi, I need to know a good network management software (freeware) to
work on my linux box?
I have net-snmp installed and working.

nagios is good for monitoring (ping, services)
I like cacti for graphs. But you CAN get some of
that through nagios (I haven't used nagios in
a while... I hear it's easier to administer now...
cacti is extremely easy to add hosts).
