Network Load Balancing with Windows Server 2003

I am trying to configure 3 network cards in one server to act as one. Is it
possible to do this within Windows 2003. If so, are there any steps to doing
this posted anywhere. I have been looking for a solution to this for a
couple of weeks now but have not been able to find it. Can anyone help me
with this. Thank you.

What you are attempting to do is called teaming. It requires that the
adapters support teaming. The vendor's drivers make it happen, not Windows.
