Network Load Balance - Windows 2003 and 2008

We will be migrating our IIS application servers soon from Windows 2003 to
Windows 2008. We plan to do this one at a time if possible. Currently our
servers are setup using Windows Network Load Balacning. Can we use network
load balancing between a Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 server? Are there any
extra steps to do so?

I havent tried it but i believe you can. If you are performing such a
migration you would be well advised to do some testing before hand anyway.
