network interface card disconnects

Network interface card card (linksys hpn200 phoneline 10m
network card) disconnects every evening, usually between 6
pm and midnight. I have disabled all power management I
can find. Card can be reconnected by running 'test chip'
in card's diagnostics window. Otherwise card works fine.
Any ideas on cause of disconnect?
