Please can anyone help me. How do you put the
network/install tab on the add remove programs or how do
you do a administrator install of a program.

Please explain, in greater detail, what you are trying to
accomplish. I do not know what you mean by
the "network/install tab". Why do want to place "???" in
the Add/Remove program section?
