1.) You are correct, it is not supported...I know now...

2.) Windows XP drivers work for the FA310.
I believe the site where I found this out was DriverGuide.com(?). I installed
this when I came in this morning, in under 2 minutes I had it working...just
fine.
Friday, I had given up on the FA310. Since I had just purchased a new GA311
(their gigabit NIC), I went looking for drivers for *it*. Before I got that
far, I found info on using the FA310 with server 2k3. I got two (2) downloads
off the site. As I understand it, there's no fault with the card itslef. in
fact, it's supposed to be a "rock solid" card. It's just that its drivers were
never upgraded (modified) to talk 2k3.
Anyway...
Its working, I'm happy, and I didn't have to play with the hardware to do it.
Works for me...
