network drive disappears after some time

I have win2k server and 50 client computers. we have given
30mb space to each user on server.when they log on to the
server from any comp the allocated space appears on that
pc as network drive for that we have written login script
now two three users are facing a problem that after loging
in on their pc the network drive appears but after some
time it automatically gets disconnected and if tried to
map that gives message that it is not avaailable.after
restarting pc the network drive appears again
