The network did not assign a network address to the computer

I am using a Netgear WM8521 Wireless Router and Wireless 802.11b PC PCMCIA
Card Kit.

In my IBM Thinkpad laptop, I am running Windows XP home, the Wireless
Network Connection Status shows: limed or no connectivity - because the
network did not assign a network address to the computer,
In the detail button:
the Default Gateway, DNS Server, WINS Server, are empty.

I click the "Repair" - same problem. The status shows: unable renewing your
IP address.

The network icon in the status tray has yellow question mark.
The laptop were able to connect to the same network before.
Can you please tell me how to fix this to get connected?
