3. DVD streams cannot be sent from one computer to another, only the local
PC they're playing on.
2. There are third-party programs that offer timers, login controls, etc.
Windows 98 by itself will not do this.
1. There is no way to prevent anyone smart enough from bypassing the
Windows logon prompt. Windows 98 was not built with this kind of security
in mind.
